Whilst in UK, he worked at Vodafone, where he was responsible for overall training and coaching of the technical department for Vodafone in UK and Egypt. He is a holder of Professional Qualification in Supply chain & Material management from Institute of supply chain and material management (ISMM) also reading his Masters in Supply Chain field. He is Qualified in HS Codes and Administration as well, and is also a member of ISMM.

Najaath Cader heads the Information Technology department working as the Group Manager IT for LIMRA Holdings Limited with over 12 years’ experience in the field of hardware engineering, computer networking , administration and IT Support services. He was one of the initial group of employees’ in LIMRA group who was employed since 2008 when the company started as Digital House in the position of Hardware Executive and has come a long journey in contributing immensely to the company’s growth.
Najaath is a Certified Professional in Cisco CCNA and a Microsoft Certified System Administrator. His main areas of expertise come under in IT Management, Support services and helpdesk, troubleshooting and networking, hardware services, IT administration.
Group Manager – Audit & Assurance
Nilantha Hettiarachchi is the Group Manager of Audit and Assurance, tasked with managing all operations handled under the Internal Audit and Operations of LIMRA Holdings Limited, and holds over 13 years’ experience in the fields of Audit and Accounts.
He is a graduate in Bachelor of Science in Administration from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura, is qualified in AAT, and is a part-qualified Chartered Business Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. His main areas of expertise comprise of Audit Cycle Process and Operations, Risk and Control Management, Analytics and Finance.
He began his career as an Accounts Assistant and thereafter practiced as an Audit Assistant in a reputed audit firm. His overall experience and proven track record in helping growing businesses has now led him to be an integral part of the group’s Management team.
Group Accountant
Nauseer Ahamed is the Group Accountant of LIMRA Holdings, has 14+ Years’ experience in Management and Finance with consistent track record of successfully managing teams. He has vast exposure as an Accountant and as a Finance Manager through his career and currently overlooking the Group Finance Department, Group ERP and CDU Unit with his expertise.
He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Professional Member of ICMA Australia. He has completed his executive education on Business Administration from the Faculty of Business and Finance – University of Colombo in 2014, later obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Wolverhampton-UK.
Head of Group Credit Control
Mohammed Farook Akram is the Head of Group Credit Control in LIMRA Holdings Limited with almost 19 years of experience in Accounts & Operations field. He is a qualified member under Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka and a member of society of certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.
He started his career as an Account Assistant in Digital House (Pvt) Ltd in 2005 and within very short period of time he got promoted within the Group as an Assistant Accountant to Kiddies and Toys International Pvt Ltd. He progressed as Senior Manager – Accounts Operations in overlooking the full process within the Department. Being a qualified, well experienced and loyal member of the group, he was given the opportunity to take up a new challenge as the Head of Group Credit Control.
