The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall sales of KTI in Sri Lanka.

Duties & responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales force and support them to achieve company sales forecast and sales targets
Formulating annual sales plans in line with SBU’s and KTI’s goals and objectives
Ensure team performance by facilitating with the right resources, and conducting required internal and external training in order to optimize company sales performance.
Manage and maintain excellent relationships with Agents/Dealers while achieve company targets and objectives
Suggest, agree, and implement any prevailing opportunities for the growth of sales in the country
Continuous monitoring of competition and communication with management in making the company leader, in the respective areas.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales area development strategies
Achievement of Collection targets as per guidelines in the defined customer base as per set debtor policy.
Be in line with changing trends, dynamic market situations, and other factors to achieve sales volumes and the right product mix in the right customer base

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing and at least 03 years in a similar capacity in FMCG.
Degree from a recognized university or SLIM or CIM passed finalists
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Working knowledge of market trends and behaviors.
