Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) and ISO 27001:2022 (ISMS) standards.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems across the organization.
Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external audits.
Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality management and related standards.
Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation and reports with neatness and accuracy.
Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.
Promote and support initiatives such as 5S Standards, Lean Six Sigma, and other QA-related frameworks
Provide support to the Head of the Department in carrying out responsibilities effectively.

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role with hands-on experience in ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) and ISO 27001:2022 (ISMS) standards.

Education:

A degree or diploma in Quality Management or a related field.
Lead Auditor Qualifications will be a significant advantage.

Additional Knowledge:

Expertise in SOP preparation and implementation.
Familiarity with 5S Standards, Lean Six Sigma, and other QA-related methodologies is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

We are seeking an Executive – Quality Assurance & Standards to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) and ISO 27001:2022 (ISMS) standards. The role involves supporting quality management system implementation, assisting in audits, conducting staff training, and maintaining quality documentation. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of SOPs, 5S Standards, and Lean Six Sigma, along with excellent communication and organizational skills
